The " Review Required " status acts as a safety hard-stop in Bridges. This status usually appears after a system upgrade or when a new interface is created from a template. Bridges prevents the daemons from starting as long as a variable is marked for review to ensure that an analyst has verified that the settings are appropriate for the specific environment, preventing potential data filing errors.

The Specification Audit Report is designed to track configuration changes—the " build " of the interface. It records modifications to critical connectivity settings like the Port and IP Address (Option C) and functional logic changes in Profile Variables (Option D).
